Online Medical History

Prior to your arrival, complete your confidential health history through AcuBliss. This allows us to dedicate your entire session time to thoughtful listening and targeted treatment.

Comfort First

Attire & Arrival

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that can easily roll above your knees and elbows. Please arrive five minutes early to settle into the tranquil space before your session begins.

Insurance & Billing

Superbill Documentation

While we operate as an out-of-network practice, we happily provide itemized superbills upon request. You can submit these directly to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Studio Terms

Investment & Cancellation Policies

Initial acupuncture consultations run 50 to 80 minutes, allowing ample time for a comprehensive health evaluation, pulse and tongue diagnosis, and your initial restorative treatment. Follow-up treatments typically last 45 minutes. Payment is due at the time of service, accepted via major credit cards, health savings accounts (HSA), and flexible spending accounts (FSA).

We hold your reserved appointment time specifically for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel your visit, please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid a late cancellation fee. This courtesy allows us to offer open appointment times to other patients seeking care.
